Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GlobalFlow Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating under the brand name StartGlobal (“StartGlobal”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us or use our performance marketing services. It also explains the choices and rights you have. By using our website you acknowledge the practices described below.

01Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on our website, book a call or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as:

  • your full name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number;
  • the website you want to promote, your business name and the information you share about your business;
  • any other details you include in your messages to us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we, our hosting provider and our technology partners automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, the referring website, UTM campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers (such as fbclid) contained in the link you used, and the actions you take on the site (for example, submitting a form). Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and performance purposes.

Cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit and the actions you take on our site and sends it to Meta. We use this to measure the performance of our advertising, to build audiences and to show our ads to people who have visited our website on Facebook, Instagram and other Meta services. Meta may also use this information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

Payment information

If you pay for our services, payments are processed by our payment providers Stripe and PayPal. Your card or bank details are entered directly with these providers and are never stored on our servers. We only receive limited information about the transaction, such as your name, email, amount, date and payment status.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • contact you — reply to your requests by email or phone, schedule calls and communicate with you about our services;
  • prepare proposals and deliver the services you have engaged us for;
  • process payments, issue invoices and keep accounting records;
  • marketing — send you information about our services, case studies and offers, and show you relevant ads (including through the Meta Pixel);
  • analyze and improve our website, content and advertising;
  • prevent fraud, keep our website secure and comply with legal obligations.

How we use your phone number

We use the phone number you provide only to contact you about your request — for example, to schedule or hold a call, or to send you a message about your inquiry via phone, SMS or messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Telegram. We do not sell or rent phone numbers, and we do not send automated marketing calls or marketing text messages without your prior express consent. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you by phone; for text messages, you can also simply reply “STOP”. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by writing to us. We will still send you messages that are necessary for an ongoing project or payment.

03Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

  • Steps before a contract and performance of a contract — to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and provide our services;
  • Legitimate interests — to run, secure and improve our website and business, and to communicate with business contacts, where these interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies, the Meta Pixel and marketing communications where consent is required. You can withdraw your consent at any time;
  • Legal obligation — to keep accounting and tax records and to comply with applicable laws.

04Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing.

We only disclose personal information in the limited cases below:

  • Service providers that help us run our business and act on our behalf, including:
    • Timeweb Cloud — website hosting and server infrastructure;
    • Google — Google Workspace tools (including Google Sheets), where the requests submitted through our website forms are stored, and Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts used on our website and receives your IP address when the page loads;
    • Stripe and PayPal — payment processing;
    • email and communication tools we use to correspond with you.
    These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners — technical website data collected through the Meta Pixel and cookies is shared with Meta as described in Section 1.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, court order or a government request, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
  • Business transfers — if our company is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

05Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to data and reputable, security-certified service providers. Payment data is handled by Stripe and PayPal, which comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

06Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have collected about you and request a copy;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • ask us to delete your personal information;
  • opt out of marketing emails, calls and text messages;
  • opt out of the use of your information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

California and other U.S. state residents

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas) have the rights listed above. We do not sell personal information. Because the Meta Pixel is used for advertising, you may ask us to stop using your information for targeted advertising by emailing us with the subject “Do Not Share My Personal Information”. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where required by law. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no common industry standard for them.

EEA and UK residents

You also have the right to restrict or object to our processing, to receive your data in a portable format, to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal) and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Controlling ads and cookies

You can adjust your ad preferences in your Meta Ad Preferences, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

To exercise your rights, email us at startglobalflow@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by law (typically within 30–45 days) and may need to verify your identity before completing your request. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

07Retention of Data

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Requests submitted through our website that do not lead to a business relationship are generally kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Information about clients is kept for the duration of our relationship and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements; billing and transaction records are generally kept for up to 7 years. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

08Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, in line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

09International Data Transfers

StartGlobal is based in the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in the U.S. and in other countries where we or our service providers (including our hosting provider) operate, whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

10Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as Meta or payment providers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective date” at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by a notice on our website.
