StartGlobal is a performance marketing agency. We provide the following services to businesses:

• Meta Ads — strategy, setup and management of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram;
• Google Ads — Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns;
• TikTok Ads — short-form video and Spark Ads campaigns;
• Email & SMS marketing — automated flows and regular campaigns;
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO) — testing of landing pages, offers and checkout;
• Creative production — static, UGC and video ad creatives;
• ad account audits, tracking setup, consulting and related marketing services.

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for personal, family or household use. Our website is provided for information purposes and to let you contact us — no services are sold or paid for directly on the website.

Every engagement is based on an individual proposal and a written service agreement (or statement of work) signed or accepted by you and StartGlobal. The agreement sets out, among other things:

• the scope of services, deliverables and timelines;
• the fee model — a fixed fee (for example, a monthly retainer or a one-time project fee), a commission (for example, a percentage of ad spend or of revenue generated), or a combination of both;
• the billing schedule and the payment terms of each invoice;
• the term of the engagement, cancellation and refund conditions.

Fees are invoiced in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the agreement states otherwise. We accept payment by card through Stripe, through PayPal, or by bank transfer, as indicated on the invoice. Card and bank details are entered directly with these payment providers and are not stored by us.

Advertising budgets are not part of our fees: unless agreed otherwise, ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google or TikTok).

If there is any conflict between these Terms and your service agreement, the service agreement prevails. For billing questions, contact us at startglobalflow@gmail.com.

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, website, market conditions and the policies and algorithms of advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), sales or other results. Case studies, figures and examples shown on our website describe results achieved for specific clients in the past and are not a promise of future results.

When you submit a form on our website, you provide us with contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and website. By submitting a form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it, and you agree that we may:

• contact you by email, phone or messaging apps about your request;
• use your contact details for our marketing — for example, to send you information about our services, case studies and offers, and to show you our ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (including through the Meta Pixel).

We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by writing to us. How we collect, use and protect personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information;
• send spam or automated submissions through our forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or interfere with its operation;
• copy, scrape or reuse the website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The website and its content — including texts, design, graphics, logos and images — are owned by StartGlobal or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website for your own information, but you may not reproduce or distribute its content without our prior written consent. Ownership of creatives and other materials produced for clients is governed by the respective service agreement.

Our website and services rely on third-party platforms and providers, such as advertising platforms, payment processors and hosting providers, and the website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or actions of these third parties, including ad account restrictions or changes made by advertising platforms.

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartGlobal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Our liability in connection with services provided to clients is governed by the respective service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, we both agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
